The overal dimensions for the CDBook™ are the same as a normal Jewel Box. The booklet is slightly wider.

Somewhere on the CDBook™ must be the following:

2) Parts of this product protected by US Patent No. 6,910,717
3) We suggest that you include an environmental statement such as the following: "[Name of record company or artist] is happy to present this CDBook™ as an environmentally friendly alternative to the normal plastic CD jewel box. The cardboard base is FSC certified 100% post-consumer waste. The paper (also FSC certified) is produced by Mohawk Fine Papers, winner of the EPA's Green Power Partner of the Year Award in both 2007 and 2009."
